Red Garlic Salmon
Serves 4
Ingredients:
2 fresh salmon steaks
Marinade:
5 Tbs. extra virgin olive oil
5 Tbs.
South River Miso Tamari
1 Tbs. finely minced garlic
Topping (Dengaku miso):
2 Tbs.
Garlic Red Pepper Miso
1 Tbs. Honey
2 Tbs. extra virgin olive oil
2 Tbs. fresh ginger juice
Directions:
Place salmon steaks in an oiled baking dish.
Mix ingredients of marinade and pour over salmon steaks. Cover and marinate for 1 - 3 hours in fridge.
Preheat oven to 375. Mix ingredients of topping and lightly coat salmon steaks. Bake for 10 - 20 minutes
depending on thickness of steaks. Enjoy!
