At South River Miso, our fermented products are shipped unrefrigerated in the cooler months to prevent leakage. We ship in staggered succession to the various regions of the country. We are now closed for the summer season.  Please see below for the dates that we ship to your region -dependent upon weather conditions. See Shipping Info for more details.
